Procare USA is seeking a compassionate and skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team.

Assignment Details:

• Pay: Between $1755.00 and $1,872.00 gross per week (depending on location)
• Duration: 13 weeks, with possibility to extend
• Hours: 36 hours unless otherwise indicated
• Shift: Days & Nights
• Location: Boise, Idaho

You will work in a dynamic medical-surgical unit, providing comprehensive care to adult patients across a variety of conditions.

As a Med Surg RN, you will:

• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform wound care.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment for patients.

To be successful, you will:

• Hold an active RN license in the state of which you are applying
• Have a minimum of 2 years of current experience in a med surg or medical-surgical setting.
• Possess strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Be proficient in documentation and EHR systems.
• Be a team player with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
